Each artist has a unique price point. We standardize elements of our packages (3, 5, 6 & 8-hour packages) to create consistency and equity across the roster. There is also the need to factor in additional elements like travel, accommodation, additional AV services, and many other factors.

In 15 minutes we can chat through the details of your special wedding or event and learn about the style of music you love. From there we will shoot over a best-priced quotation for the most suitable artists (usually 2-3 choices) for you to enjoy listening to.

From there it’s fun and easy to settle on the band or musician for you and proceed to booking.

YES! Each band has an existing song list which you will have access to. From this song list, you have the option to choose 10 specific songs for the band to play at your event. The song choices for the rest of the live band set are at the discretion of the musicians and are based on your 10 primary choices. For wedding bookings, we always learn the 'walk down the aisle' and the 'first dance' for you as part of all our packages. If you want The 'walk down the aisle' and 'first dance' played off the iPad we will do that too.

Yes, the band (& musicians) will provide their own high-quality PA system and basic stage lighting as part of all our packages.
