Decor & Furniture Hire FAQ

    • We request a deposit and minimum spend of $550.00 at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

    • We request full payment 14 days from your event. Once the balance is paid this is non-refundable. You will receive a booking contract which outlines all the details of our T&Cs.

    • Yes you can. Our delivery fees are POA based on location and ease of access. Let’s chat about it and we can shoot over a best-priced quote.

    • Pick-up times are usually 9:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday.

    • For damaged items that are no longer usable we will bill you for the full fee.

    • For repairable items we will bill you for the cost of repair.

    • For items needing to be professionally cleaned we will bill you for the cost of the cleaning.

    • All of the above are payable within 7 days from the date of your event.

    • Yes, our experienced team of planners and stylists are happy to come in on the day to make your space look amazing. We offer an on-the-day set-up service.
